What is your shipping policy?
Oak Island Botanicals offers free shipping on all orders over $50. This is valid for standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. only. Oak Island Botanicals currently only ships within the U.S.A. where kratom is legal. At this time, we are unable to ship Kratom products to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and in these counties – Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Union County (Mississippi), and in the following towns and cities – Alton, Edwardsville County & Jerseyville (Illinois), Oceanside (California), Ontario (Oregon), Franklin City (New Hampshire), and Parker and Monument (Colorado). When will my order be processed?
To the best of our abilities, orders placed before 2 p.m. EST on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will ship the following business day.
How do you ship products?
We always offer insured shipping via USPS priority mail with 2-3 day delivery time to ensure your order is protected and delivered as soon as possible. For Free Sample Pack orders, we send via USPS First Class mail to keep costs down for you. As a result, Free Sample Pack orders do not include tracking and have a 3-5 day delivery time.
What is your return policy?
Oak Island Botanicals provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer your choice of a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds, returns, and cancellations will be handled through email or via our contact form if necessary.
